Deposits, Payments and Refunds

Deposit
A deposit equal to the first night's rate is required for stays up to three nights. For stays longer than three nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation is required.
Payment
Deposit payments can be made via personal check or via PayPal (see below). Final payment is made upon arrival at the Inn in the form of cash or travelers checks. (Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards or personal checks at this time.)

PayPal/Credit Cards
We are unable to accept credit cards directly. Please use PayPal for credit card payments. There is no charge to register and use PayPal to make your payment. Use the link below, or enter "info@casitasdellago.com" as the payee when making your payment:

Cash
We accept cash in US dollars or Guatemalan Quetzales for final payment in Panajachel. ATM machines are available and some dispense dollars as well as Quetzales however it is always wise to have extra travelers checks with you. When paying in Quetzales, we will use the current bank exchange rate in Guatemala.
Deposit/Refund Policy:
30+ days notice of cancellation - 100% refund
15-29 days notice of cancellation - 75% refund
7-14 days notice of cancellation - 50% refund
Less than 7 days notice of cancellation - no refund
